Senior Airman Shelby Snow, an Advanced Target Development lead trainer for the 250th Intelligence Squadron, was coined by Chief Master Sgt. Maurice Williams, Command Chief Master Sergeant of the Air National Guard, Feb. 25, 2021. Snow is the lead trainer and evaluator for the ATD flight for weaponeering and collateral damage estimation, filling responsibilities normally reserved for noncommissioned and senior noncommissioned officers. Additionally, she is an intelligence quality control analyst, ensuring highly reliable target intelligence products make it to the warfighter for action in today’s fight. Snow also volunteers as a member of the Wing’s Sexual Assault Response Coordinator team and is a victim advocate.
